common questions about our products, sizing, orders, and more.

Orders & Payments

1. Can I make changes or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order has been confirmed, we process it immediately to ensure fast delivery. If you
need to make changes, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order
at support@tanaactivewear.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, FPX Online Banking, and selected e-wallets. All transactions
are securely processed.

Shipping & Delivery

1. How long does delivery take?
• West Malaysia: 2–4 business days
• East Malaysia: 4–7 business days
• International Orders: 7–14 business days depending on destination

2. How much is the shipping fee?
Peninsular Malaysia : Flat Rate RM10
East Malaysia: Flat Rate RM12.00
We offer free shipping within Malaysia for orders above RM400.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track
your parcel through the courier’s website for real-time updates.

Sizing & Fit

1. How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to our Size Guide available on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we
recommend sizing up for comfort.

2. What if the size I ordered doesn’t fit?
No worries — we accept size exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item, as long as it’s
unworn and in its original condition with tags attached.

Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your return policy?
We accept returns for defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be
unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Please email support@tanaactivewear.com
with your order number and photos for approval.

2. How do I request an exchange or return?
Send us an email with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Our
team will guide you through the simple return process.

3. Are sale items refundable?
Sale and promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of
defects or incorrect items.

Product Care & Materials

1. How do I care for my TANA Activewear pieces?
To keep your pieces looking new:
• Hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water
• Avoid bleach or fabric softeners
• Hang dry only (no tumble dry)
• Do not iron over logos or printed areas

1. Do you collaborate with influencers or athletes?
We’re always open to collaborations that align with our values.
